Lombard, IL [February 13, 2018] Cinch Connectivity Solutions, a Bel group company, (NASDAQ: BELFA and BELFB) and global leader in delivering reliable connectivity solutions, announces the Johnson line of SMP Ganged 4-Port Solutions, with seven new part numbers, for board-to-board and board-to-cable assembly solutions.
Cinch Connectivity’s SMP Ganged 4-Port Solutions focus on high-density, high-frequency solutions with tight board to board spacing. They offer the perfect size for any application where package size and ganged mating are critical, as well as performance up to 40 GHz with low RF leakage between signals. It is ideally suited for ATE, test and measurement, radar, server/ switches and phased array antenna applications serving the instrumentation, cloud computing, data networking and military markets.
Four signals snap-on simultaneously with a high quality solution which ensures that all four connections are mated with the same integrity. The connectors have two keyed guide pins to allow mating in only one direction. The configurations can be board to board on top of each other (stacked), at a right angle (orthogonal), and side to side (coplanar). There is also a cabled connector supporting 0.086” cable assemblies to mate to the board mount connector.
