San Jose, CA [March 28, 2017] Bel Magnetic Solutions, a Bel group company (NASDAQ: BELFA and BELFB) and global leader of MagJack® Integrated Connector Modules (ICM) for Networking and Telecommunications applications, today announces a new technology, Single (1×1) and Quad (1×4) Port ICMs.
The MagJack® ICMs can transmit/receive 0 to 60W of power per port over all 4 pairs within the Ethernet cable. The product can be used as either a Power Source Equipment (PSE) or a Powered Device (PD). The ICMs are compatible with all major 1GBase-T PHY’s, including the latest current-mode and voltage-mode PHY’s. These products are backward compatible to slower speeds and lower powers as needed and use industry standard footprints and pin-outs. Products come with many different LED color combinations and custom options.
